Churchill Chiropractic has been serving Schaumburg for 24 years.
We have 3 staff members, led by Dr. Carl Blackford.

          Dr. Carl Blackford

Dr. Blackford received his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from National College of Chiropractic in 1981 and has been in private practice ever since. He also received a degree in Pharmacy from the University of Iowa in 1975 and continues to keep his pharmacy license current.

We have four well-trained Chiropractic Assistants - Evelyn, Dawn, Kaan, Nikki and Chris who can answer any Insurance related question and most office related questions.

• We are approximately l mile east of Barrington Road on Golf.

• We are approximately 2 miles west of the intersection of Golf and Higgins on Golf.
