Dr. Blackford is a licensed Chiropractor serving the Schaumburg community and has been freeing people from pain at the clinic in Schaumburg, IL. As a Chiropractor with experience, he is committed to promoting optimal health and well being of patients.
A native of Iowa, Dr.Blackford graduated with a degree in Pharmacy from the University of Iowa in 1975. In 1982 he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at National University of Health Sciences in Lombard. Dr.Blackford moved to Schaumburg, where he set up his private practice and has been here ever since! Throughout the year, Dr.Blackford goes to many seminars and workshops to learn and enhance his skills.
Dr.Blackford uses a "whole person approach". This approach to wellness means looking for underlying causes of any disturbance or disruption (which may or may not be causing symptoms at the time) and make whatever interventions and lifestyle adjustments that would optimize the conditions for normal function. Using this unique approach, Dr.Blackford is able to help you to accelerate and maintain your journey to good health.
Dr.Blackford lives with his wife Dawn and their three daughters in Schaumburg. He enjoys family life, outdoor activities, especially cycling, and leading a healthy lifestyle.

Her primary responsiblities at the clinic include overseeing daily operations and coordinating insurance claims. Annette has been an integral part of Churchill Chiropractic and is considered one of the finest Office Managers Dr. Blackford has worked with. Annette is a fan of zombies, scary movies and anything spooky. She also enjoys her home life with her new husband and doggy.
Nelli CHIROPRACTIC ASSISTANT (speaks russian)
Nelli joined the team in March of 2010. She is currently attending classes at UIC and plans to attend Parker College to become a Doctor of Chiropractic. Nelli is very knowledgeable with the process of chiropractic care and will be happy to assist with any questions or concerns. She enjoys spending time with her family and hanging out downtown.
Dawn FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST
When you walk through the doors at Churchill Chiropractic, Dawn will be the first to greet you with a warm, friendly smile. Dawn works mainly behind the scenes on paperwork and then more paperwork. She’s thrilled to be part of the Churchill Chiropractic team because she believes that chiropractic care is truly healing and fabulous! She has been working at Churchill Chiropractic for over 10 years and is always happy to assist you at the front desk. GO BUCKEYES!
